In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. In the same year, he started his job in the construction company Dombud S.A. in Katowice where he worked until 2001 as manager of the marketing department . He then acted as the logistics and commercial director in Farmacol S.A. in Katowice for two years. From November 2002 until July 2006, he worked as the operations director and then was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in Metalplast Bielsko S.A. At the same time, he acted as the President of the Board of Directors in Metalplast-Stolarka Sp. z o.o., from 2004 until December 2008. Since December 2008 he has been the President of the Board of Directors for ALUPROF S.A.
